About

THE FOUNDER

Mike Abriam is the founder of Everyday Becoming, a Christ-centered ministry created to help people grow in faith—one honest, grace-filled step at a time.

A U.S. Army Infantry Veteran with three combat deployments, Mike served from the ground up, working alongside elite Special Operations forces. His path to ministry came later in life, when at the age of 37, he was radically transformed by the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Since then, Mike has served in a variety of ministry roles, including leadership positions with Idaho Falls Rescue Mission, Focus on the Family, and Colorado Springs Christian Schools, as well as collaborations with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview. He has also served the local church faithfully as a Deacon, Pastor, and Elder, shepherding others through seasons of growth, suffering, and spiritual renewal.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master of Divinity, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies. He and his wife Tiffany are raising a beautifully blended family of five children—daily learning, loving, and becoming together by God’s grace.

The Mission

Everyday Becoming exists to walk with people as they grow in Christ one day at a time.

Through truth, community, and grace, we help others become who God created them to be. Our mission is not just about individual growth; it is about fostering connections that empower everyone on their journey of faith. By providing support, resources, and a welcoming environment, we aim to create a space where people can freely explore their relationship with God, share their experiences, and encourage one another in their daily walk.

The Vision

To create a world where people are seen, known, and transformed by daily grace.

We envision a growing movement of individuals becoming more like Jesus every day, rooted in truth and thriving in hope. Our vision extends beyond personal transformation; it is about cultivating communities that reflect the love and compassion of Christ. As we gather together, we foster an atmosphere of acceptance and belonging, helping individuals to realize their potential and purpose. We strive to inspire change not only within ourselves but also in our families, neighborhoods, and beyond.

The Why

We believe that becoming who God made you to be doesn’t happen all at once.

It happens every day—with grace for the process, truth for the journey, and Jesus at the center. This is a place for people who feel like they don’t have it all together, because we’re all still becoming. In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose sight of the slower, deeper work that God is doing in us. By embracing our individual journeys and acknowledging that growth is a gradual process, we can find joy in each day’s steps forward. Each small victory is important, and when we share our stories and struggles, we remind each other that we are not alone. Together, we celebrate the grind, the learning curves, and the grace that sustains us along the way. Through community and support, we can help everyone discover their unique path and journey toward becoming the person God intended them to be.
